Ingredients

Method

  4. Step 4: Pour the cooled vinegar mixture over the vegetables, ensuring they are fully submerged.
  5. Step 5: Cover the jar or container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
  6. Step 6: Serve the Amazuzuke as a side dish or garnish.

Notes

Store your pickles in the refrigerator in a sealed container. They should last for about a week.
