- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This helps to get those pork balls nice and golden!
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, breadcrumbs, green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Step 3: Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Step 4: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
- Step 5: In the last 5 minutes of baking, brush the pork balls with teriyaki sauce to glaze.
- Step 6: Remove from the oven and serve warm, drizzled with additional teriyaki sauce if desired. Enjoy every bite!
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can reheat them in the microwave or in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through. These pork balls also freeze well!
