Ingredients
  

For the Teppanyaki
  • 1 lb beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 unit zucchini sliced
  • 1 unit bell pepper any color
  • 1 unit onion sliced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
To Taste
  • Salt
  • Pepper
For Garnish
  • Green onions

  • Teppanyaki Grill or Large Flat Skillet

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your teppanyaki grill or a large flat skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Step 2: In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, shrimp, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Let this marinate for about 10 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Add vegetable oil to the grill. When hot, toss in the marinated beef and shrimp. Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp turn opaque and beef reaches desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  4. Step 4: In the same grill, add sesame oil, zucchini, bell pepper, and onion. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. Step 5: Add cooked rice to the grill, mixing well with the vegetables. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Step 6: Return beef and shrimp to the grill, mixing everything together. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  7. Step 7: Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat.
