Ingredients
  

For the Smoked Chicken Wings
  • 2 lb chicken wings Fresh or frozen, thawed if frozen
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper optional
For Serving
  • barbecue sauce

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well to create a flavorful seasoning blend.
  3. Step 3: Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Step 4: Arrange the wings on the smoker racks in a single layer.
  5. Step 5: Smoke the wings for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Step 6: Remove the wings from the smoker and let them rest for a few minutes.
  7. Step 7: Serve with your favorite barbecue sauce and enjoy!

Notes

Leftover wings can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
