- Step 1: Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well to create a flavorful seasoning blend.
- Step 3: Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Step 4: Arrange the wings on the smoker racks in a single layer.
- Step 5: Smoke the wings for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Step 6: Remove the wings from the smoker and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Step 7: Serve with your favorite barbecue sauce and enjoy!
