- Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, crab meat, and scallops. This is where the magic begins!
- Step 2: Add the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and black olives to the seafood mixture. Just look at those colors!
- Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined. This vinaigrette will tie all the flavors together.
- Step 4: Pour the vinaigrette over the seafood salad and toss gently to coat. Be gentle to keep the seafood intact!
