- Step 1: In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, almond milk, maple syrup, matcha powder, and salt. Whisk together until smooth.
- Step 2: In a separate small bowl, mix the agar-agar powder with 1/4 cup of water. Let it sit for a few minutes to hydrate.
- Step 3: Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently.
- Step 4: Once simmering, add the hydrated agar-agar mixture to the saucepan. Stir continuously until the agar-agar is fully dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
- Step 5: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Step 6: Pour the mixture into serving cups or molds and let it cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Step 7: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
