Ingredients
  

For the Dressing
  • 1 medium onion roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a blender or food processor, combine the chopped onion, rice vinegar, soy sauce, vegetable oil, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Step 2: Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Step 3: Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  4. Step 4: Transfer the dressing to a jar or container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Step 5: Shake well before serving.

Notes

Making it a day in advance allows the flavors to develop even more. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
