  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce Adds a tangy depth to balance the sweetness of the ketchup.

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Start by cooking the spaghetti according to the package instructions until it's al dente. Once cooked, drain it and set it aside.
  2. Step 2: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Step 3: Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté them until the vegetables are tender and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Next, add the cooked ham to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  5. Step 5: Stir in the cooked spaghetti, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix everything well until the spaghetti is evenly coated with the sauce.
  6. Step 6: Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting according to your preference.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When you're ready to enjoy it again, simply reheat it in the microwave or on the stovetop, adding a splash of water if it seems dry.
