- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 2-inch squares.
- Step 3: Place the squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Step 4: Add a small spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each pastry square.
- Step 5: Top each with a piece of Brie cheese.
- Step 6: Fold the corners of the pastry squares over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Step 7: Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Step 8: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Step 9: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Step 10: Garnish with fresh thyme leaves, if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
To store any leftovers, place them in an airtight container in the fridge. They should stay fresh for about 3 days.
