Ingredients
  

For the Cranberry Brie Bites
  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 8 oz Brie cheese cut into small pieces
  • 1 egg beaten for egg wash
  • Fresh thyme leaves

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 2-inch squares.
  3. Step 3: Place the squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Step 4: Add a small spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each pastry square.
  5. Step 5: Top each with a piece of Brie cheese.
  6. Step 6: Fold the corners of the pastry squares over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Step 7: Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  8. Step 8: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Step 9: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  10. Step 10: Garnish with fresh thyme leaves, if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

To store any leftovers, place them in an airtight container in the fridge. They should stay fresh for about 3 days.
