Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 4 cups chrysanthemum greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 unit cucumber
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
For the Dressing
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the chrysanthemum greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Give them a gentle toss to mix.
  2. Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  3. Step 3: Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all the flavors.
  4. Step 4: Finally, sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.

Notes

For substitutions, arugula or baby spinach can replace chrysanthemum greens. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days, keeping the dressing separate.
